Miss Perú Organization will host its national edition this year where the next delegate to represent Perú at Miss Universe 2020 will be crowned. Peru’s performance at the international beauty pageants has been incredible as the divas have always proven their worth in the competition and with their remarkable performances, they have taken home multiple titles. Miss Universe Perú 2019 Kelin Rivera Kroll will crown her successor by the end of the event finale.
With delegates being appointed for the national pageant, Alicia Cedron has been appointed to represent Lima Este at the Miss Perú 2020 pageant. Alicia is 23-years-old and stands 175cm tall. She has graduated as a business engineer and is specializing in Digital Marketing. She studied at Richard Dulanto's school, Monica Chacón's school and while she was in Brazil, she took classes at WR models in Curitiba.
Alicia is passionate about fashion, makeup and modelling. More than a beauty queen the diva wants to be a role model and a successful representative to her country. She explains, “I know how important it is to be our country's ambassador to the world, in an industry that we can develop and go much further to achieve a feeling of union between us, to strengthen and bring incredible projects to life and achieve global recognition of what we are doing.”
Miss Peru 2020 is the first ever beauty pageant Alicia has participated in and wants to set a good example for young women who wishes to be a beauty queen someday. She was crowned on 10th February 2019 as Miss Perú Lima Este 2020. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, French and basic Italian. She has started to prepare for the competition.
The diva has started to prepared for the national crown as she is very determined to represent her county at Miss Universe 2020 stage. She has been working on a social aid project for a while now and would use the international platform to talk about it. She is very hardworking and dedicated to win the title.
Alicia is motivated and supported by her family and friends especially her mother who she gives all the credit for her success to. She thanked her mother via her social media post and mentioned that she has grown brave, strong, confident and ready to take on any challenge because of her. The diva aspires to change the status of women in Peru as well by talking about it and raising awareness at a global level. She feels that with a little push and self-assurance, women can take what is theirs.
Alicia is very excited and honoured to be a part of such international platform and is all set to meet the delegates of Peru. She is looking forward to the new opportunities that will come after the pageant and is staying positive. She is beautiful and optimistic for the pageant. Her confident and beautiful smile adds up to her appeal and one can easily make out that she is very humble as person.
The diva has a message to give that no one should give up on their dreams. She can be a front-runner up for the title Miss Perú 2020 and earn an opportunity to represent Peru at Miss Universe 2020.
