Miss Peru Universo 2016, also known as Miss Peru Universe 2016 and Miss Perú, is scheduled to be held on April 23' 2016 in Peru. The winner of Miss Peru Universo 2016 will represent Peru at the Miss Universe 2016 pageant. Previously the delegates of Peru for Miss Universe were sent through Miss Peru pageant. The pageant will be televised live on Panamericana Television.
At the end of the event, the reigning Miss Perú, Laura Spoya, will crown her successor at the end of the event.

This year a total of thirty one (31) stunning contestants have been selected to compete at various preliminary competitions, and at last top 10 finalists have been shortlisted to compete for the coveted crown of Miss Universo Peru 2016.
