The grand finale of Miss Polski 2022 took place on 17th July 2022 in the Amphitheater of the Strzelecki Park in Nowy Sacz where Aleksandra Klepaczka was crowned the new queen. Aleksandra will represent Poland at Miss Universe 2022 and/or Miss Supranational 2023.

The newly crowned queen currently works in an IT company as a recruiter and studies engineering at the Lodz University of Technology. She has just finished writing my engineering thesis and she hopes to get her degree soon. "I can´t believe it´s happening to me! I will try to use this title as best as I can", she quoted as soon as she crowned.

The newly crowned Miss Polski 2022 Aleksandra Klepaczka’s court included –

1st Runner-up – Sylwia Stasinska 

2nd Runner-up – Patrycja Krzywon´

3rd Runner-up – Natalia Konofalska

4th Runner-up – Aleksandra Gronowska

The recently crowned Miss Supranational 2022 Lalela Mswane also attended the finale as a judge along with including Marcelina Zawadzka , Paulina Sykut-Jezyna and Agata Wdowiak. Polsat televised the event live to the whole country with a massive audience.

Also at the finale, Oliwia Nawrot was adjudged Miss Poland of the Internet 2022, Weronika Kujawa was adjudged Miss Jubiler Schubert 2022, Aleksandra Klepaczka was awarded the title of Miss Elegance 2022, Sylwia Stasin´ska was adjudged Miss Social Media 2022, Patrycja Krzywon´ was given Polsat Miss Viewers 2022, Natalia was awarded Miss Photogenic 2022 and Zuza Wirtek won Miss Simpatica 2022.
