The finale of Miss Portuguesa 2017 is just a week away, and 24 contestants are vying for the prestigious title of Miss Portuguesa 2017. The winner will represent Portuguese at Miss World 2017. From visiting different places to performing different activities, the contestants are enjoying every bit of it.

Recently, the girls went through the Talent competition, performing under various categories including, singing, dancing, performing arts and different other sets of performances. Based on their talent, following were announced as the finalists -

The winner of the Talent Competition will be announced at the finals which will be held on 29th July 2017. The contestants are currently residing at the Puralã Wool Valley Hotel & Spa in Covilhã. They visited the oldest wool manufacturer in Portugal, which first started to operate in 1620. They also learned a few things about the history and architecture of Covilhã. As part of their Preliminary Activities, the delegates attended a fashion show with costumes created by local fashion students.

At the conclusion of the finale Cristiana Viana will crown her successor. While the winner will compete at Miss World 2017, the runners-up will go on to represent the country in other Grand Slam contests, such as Miss Supranational, Miss Grand International and Miss International.
