Miss Rio de Janeiro 2018 crowned Amanda Coelho as their new representative to Miss Brazil 2018 (Miss Universe Brazil 2018). The winner of Miss Universe Brazil 2018 will represent Brazil at Miss Universe 2018.
The reigning Miss Brasil Be Emotion 2018 (Miss Universe Brazil 2018) is Monalysa Alcântara. She will crown the national winner at the end of the grand finale to be held in May 2018.
Amanda represented Angra Dos Reis at the state finals. With her exceedingly well performance and eloquence, Amanda won over everyone’s hearts.
On being crowned the new queen, she shared her emotions in her Instagram post – “Deliver, trust, accept and thank. I came here to talk about dreams today. About a dream, in particular: to be Miss Rio de Janeiro. I still do not believe it has come true, I am still ecstatic. Thank God for all He does. I have the best family, the best boyfriend and the best friends in the world, who encouraged me, cheered, throbbed and those who made themselves at heart. You are amazing! Thanks to the partners who believed and dreamed with me.”
