From these Top 15, 10 finalists will be selected by public voting. The Miss South Africa Organization decided to go virtual due to the coronavirus pandemic. The organization introduced the entry process online to reach more candidates. The organization cleared that the main goal is to make Miss South Africa attainable and through online interaction this will make it easier rather than harder. They strongly believe that this year people will be engaging with and listening to the young woman who eventually holds the title of Miss South Africa 2020.
