Joanna Eden, the 20 years old, young ambassador of Philippines at the Miss Supranational 2016 hails from Quezon. She won the Binibining Pilipinas Supranational and won hearts of the judges at the swimsuit round at the national pageant. Now she is all set to bring another crown, after Mutya Datul who won the Miss Supranational 2013.

Joanna is currently pursuing International Studies from the De La Salle University. The young beauty loves music and is trained to play flute and saxophone. The beauty queen is known to have a bubbly and charming personality. She loves chocolates and carries them with her most of the time. Joanna has grown up in a country far away from her hometown, i.e. Australia.
She believes that living in Australia can be an added advantage to her beauty pageant journey. She explains, "I think growing up in Australia gives me an edge. All of my experiences, from the way I interacted with others as a child, to what I learnt in school differs from what the other ladies experienced here in the Philippines. It gives me a slightly different way of thinking, a different train of thought. It allowed me the privilege to experience both cultures. And because I have I can fully appreciate how at home I feel in Manila. I genuinely believe moving to the Philippines is what pushed me to become the woman I am today, the woman I am supposed to be."
