Sian Dean, who was the second runner up in the Miss Gibraltar 2017 pageant held in last July, has been appointed to represent Gibraltar in the Miss Supranational 2017 pageant on 1st December 2017 in the spa resort city of Krynica Zdroj, Poland.
Sian is 24 years of age and aspires to be a teacher. She is well versed in both English and Spanish. Sian has the inclination towards learning Martial Arts and Brazilian Ju-Jitsu and has a passion for skiing since a young age.
Sian Dean has always had the desire to represent her country on an international platform and also to work towards the betterment of the society.
“I would be honoured to represent my homeland and be a great ambassador for Gibraltar, furthermore I would like to contribute and help out our charitable community.” she said.
Sian succeeds Miss Supranational Gibraltar 2016 Aisha Benyahya. As no beauty queen from Gibraltar has ever managed to win the Miss Supranational title this date, let us wait and watch if Sian will be able to make history by becoming the first Miss Supranational winner from Gibraltar.
