Harashta Haifa Zahra Crowned Miss Supranational 2024, Marking Indonesia's First Victory in the 15th edition of the Miss Supranational pageant, held on July 6, 2024, in Nowy Sacz, Lesser Poland, concluded with a historic win for Indonesia. Harashta Haifa Zahra was crowned Miss Supranational 2024 by the outgoing queen, Andrea Aguilera of Ecuador. This victory marked Indonesia's inaugural win in the pageant's history, making Zahra the sixth Asian to achieve this prestigious title.

A Night to Remember

The pageant, hosted by Nico Panagio and Kasia Koleczek, along with Polish presenter Aleksander Sikora, was a grand spectacle broadcast live on the Miss Supranational YouTube channel. The evening was filled with glamour, talent, and cultural showcases, culminating in a night of celebration and historic achievements.



Background and Participants

The Miss Supranational Organization had earlier announced on February 5, 2024, that the 15th edition would be held in Malopolska, Poland. On March 1, 2024, Gerhard Parzutka von Lipinski, the President of the Miss Supranational Organization, confirmed that the final show was scheduled for July 6, 2024. The pageant saw participation from sixty-eight countries and territories, with three contestants replacing the original winners due to various reasons.

Among the replacements were Camilla Farnesi for Italy, replacing Silvia Vacaru, and Meghan Kenney for New Zealand, replacing Emma May Gribble, who withdrew for personal reasons.

The Final Results

Harashta Haifa Zahra's win was followed by a strong performance from the United States' Jenna Dykstra, who was named the 1st runner-up. Justýna Zedníková from the Czech Republic secured the 2nd runner-up position, while Isadora Murta from Brazil and Chanelle de Lau from Curaçao were named the 3rd and 4th runners-up, respectively.

Top 12 and Special Awards

The Top 12 finalists also included representatives from Denmark, Finland, India, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, South Africa, and Thailand. Special awards highlighted the evening, with South Africa's Bryoni Govender winning Miss Friendship and Indonesia's Harashta Haifa Zahra clinching Miss Talent.



Live Pageant Activities and Rounds

The pageant featured several rounds and activities, including the Supra Chat, where Curaçao’s Chanelle de Lau emerged victorious. The Miss Influencer Opportunity saw contestants like Myo Sandar Win from Myanmar advancing to the Top 25. The Supra Fan Vote allowed Denmark’s Victoria Larsen to advance to the Top 12, showcasing the engagement of fans worldwide.

The Supra Model of the Year event, streamed live on June 29, saw Slovakia’s Petra Sivakova winning the title and advancing to the Top 25. The Miss Talent finals, held on June 29, showcased twenty talent entries, with Zahra emerging victorious among the top contenders.

Question and Answer Round

A highlight of the evening was the Question and Answer round, where the Top 5 contestants were asked thought-provoking questions by the panel of judges. Harashta Haifa Zahra impressed the judges with her eloquent and heartfelt answers, demonstrating her poise and intelligence, which played a significant role in her ultimate victory.

Panel of Experts

The judging panel included notable personalities such as Andrea Aguilera, Miss Supranational 2023, Andre Sleigh, Creative Director of the Miss and Mister Supranational, Fezile Mkhize, Mister Supranational 2024, and Nguyn Hunh Kim Duyên, Miss Supranational 2022 2nd runner-up. Their expertise and insights were instrumental in the selection process, ensuring a fair and comprehensive evaluation of the contestants.
