And the night concluded with the crowning of Jiraprapa Boonnuang as Miss Supranational Thailand 2017.
The finale of the first edition of Miss Supranational Thailand was a grand event, with 77 beauties rocking the stage in evening gowns, swim wear and traditional costumes, and the presence of Miss Supranational 2016 Srinidhi Shetty made added further glimmer to the event.
Jiraprapa bested seventy-six other candidates to clinch the crown and the title of Miss Supranational Thailand 2017. The Gorgeous queen Srinidhi looked stupendous when she crowned Jiraprapa as new Miss Supranational Thailand. Jiraprapa, who is 22 years of age and stands tall at 176 cm, will now travel to Slovakia and Poland in November for this year's Miss Supranational finals.
Last year, Thailand was represented by Chatchadaporn "Aoii" Kimakorn in Miss Supranational 2016. Previously, the title of Miss Supranational Thailand was awarded as one of the five titles in Miss Grand Thailand pageant. However, this year onwards it has been decided to organize Miss Supranational Thailand 2017 as a separate contest as it has the potential to become one of the most celebrated pageants in the country. And the event has lived up to its expectations!
