Bria James was crowned Miss Supranational USVI 2023/24 in a private ceremony at CMCArts, Inc on the island of St. Croix, USVI last Saturday, 18th November 2023. Bria will now carry the responsibility of representing US Virgin Islands at Miss Supranational 2024.

Bria was adjudged as the first runner-up just a few months ago at the Miss USVI pageant. Bria James was born on the beautiful island of St. Croix to Avion Matthew-James and Orville James. In 2015, Bria graduated as the valedictorian from the St. Croix Central High School. After that, she graduated Summa Cum Laude in May of 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Leadership Studies from Hampton University in Virginia.

Currently an educator, she just got her master’s in Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University. Bria is also quite passionate about education, especially in the fields of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics).

Miss Supranational 2024, the 15th edition of Miss Supranational, at Nowy Sacz, Poland next year where Miss Supranational 2023 Andrea Aguilera of Ecuador will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
