Miss Teen USA 2018 is all set to take place on 18th May 2018 in a grand finale to be held at the Hirsch Memorial Coliseum in Shreveport, Louisiana. Sophia Dominguez Heithoff of Missouri will hand over her reign to her successor at the end of the event finale.
