The 2023 edition of Miss Tennessee USA is all set to be held from 9th – 11th March 2023 at Austin Peay State University, Clarksville, Tennessee where the next representative to represent Tennessee at Miss USA 2023 will be crowned. Also at the finale, the representative to represent Tennessee at Miss Teen USA 2023 will be crowned.

On the first day, the contestants will check-in and have the opportunity to listen to a motivational speaker. In the evening, the contestants will have their preliminary interview competition with the judges. During the interviews, each contestant has the opportunity to meet individually with the judges for a two-minute panel interview.

The second day will be rehearsals while it will conclude with the Preliminary Competition in which each contestant will compete in Activewear/Swimsuit and Evening Gown. The third day, the contestants will return to the theater for final rehearsals after which the finale will be held to crown the new queens.
