Miss Tourism International 2014 is scheduled to be held on New Year’s Eve, 31st December 2014 will see more than 60 beautiful ladies from across the world take part in the year end beauty pageant. Angeli Dione Gomez from Philippines, the reigning Miss Tourism International, will crown her successor at the finals of the pageant. With just one day to go we present to you our top 10 favourites in no particular order, for Miss Tourism International 2014.
1. Warangkanang Wutthayakorn from Thailand -
Miss Tourism Thailand, Warangkanang Wutthayakorn has already won two special awards, she was crowned Miss Focus Point Dazzling 2014 and Miss KLIDC Beautiful Smile title.
The 22-year-old outshone 58 other delegates and earned judges’ recognition for her stage presentation of sunglasses and optical frames, to win the subsidiary title, Miss Focus Point Dazzling 2014 of the Miss Tourism International 2014. She won a pair of Chopard sunglasses and cash prizes. Warangkanang Wutthayakorn had long dreamed of visiting Malaysia, so participating in this pageant is a dream come true for her. She said, “I will do my best to make Thailand proud at Miss Tourism International and I will be hoping for a good result, I am looking forward to meeting new people and forging friendships here, and I want to try unique Malaysian foods and visit many beautiful places.”
This cheerful young lady from Thailand has every chance of winning the coveted title.

2. Mafo Victoria Waniko from Nigeria –
The beauty from the diverse continent of Africa can impress everyone with her presence; she is truly a beauty with brains. Mafo Victoria Waniko is pursuing mass communication, political science and international relations. She wishes to change the lives of the children in Africa through humanitarian work. She is a resolute and fun loving person and wishes to travel across the globe. She told the reporters, “My purpose for taking part in this international pageant is to make a positive impact in the lives of people through the showcase of the rich cultural heritage of my country. While I am here, I would like to make new friends and learn about Malaysia’s unique traditions, food and culture, and later share these experiences with people back home.”

3. Charina Bartels from Netherlands -
Charina, the European beauty has been in the modelling industry for some time now. Charina Bartels is 22 years old and aspires to make her country proud in the pageant. At a young age, Charina successfully runs a company that provides training for fashion modelling and hospitality. At a recent event, she said, “After being crowned Queen of the Netherlands this year, I was chosen to represent my country at Miss Tourism International. I am looking forward to getting to know the other delegates and share experiences.” She also has a hobby of writing.

4. Rashmi Rajput from India -
The exotic beauty from India, Rashmi Rajput, looks like a very strong contender for the title. She has already made her presence felt at the pageant by winning a special award. Rashmi wishes to inspire and motivate other people and believes that pageants like Miss Tourism International are the right platform to achieve that. Rashmi enjoys playing Basketball, listening to music and travelling.

5. Nguyen Dieu Linh from Vietnam -
Nguyen from Vietnam is a dreamer; she aspires to become a successful fashion designer. She trains hard at the gym to stay fit and is habitual reader. Nguyen loves to travel and experience the diverse culture around the globe, so competing in Miss Tourism International 2014 came naturally to her. She admires Malaysia for its rich multi ethnic heritage and wishes to explore all kinds of Malaysian cuisines. Nguyen is an animal lover.

6. Glennifer Perido from Philippines -
Glennifer Perido, the beautiful Filipino is all excited for the Finals. Glennifer Perido has a strong chance of walking away with the coveted crown of Miss Tourism International. She is a Nurse by profession and wishes to explore Malaysia, for her taking part in the Miss Tourism International is a dream come true as she got the opportunity to represent her country at an international platform. Glennifer wishes to promote tourism in her hometown. She is an animal lover and has four pet dogs named after social networking sites, Twitter, Skype, Viber and Flickr

7. Erica Henrique from Brazil
Erica is a budding model from Brazil and considers her participation at the Miss Tourism International as an opportunity to grow as a model. She expects this once in a lifetime opportunity to change her outlook on life. She is very athletic and takes interest in rollerblading and playing football.

8. Faddya Isabel Halabi Troisi from Venezuela
The multi talented Faddya Isabel Halabi Troisi, from Venezuela is all geared up for the final event. Her passion for tourism and beauty pageants led her to participate in the Miss Tourism International 2014. She is currently pursuing a degree in Tourism Business Administration; she believes that winning the pageant will help her in promoting tourism industry in her homeland.

Vada Muller from Germany is travel enthusiast. She is quite excited about her maiden trip to Malaysia. She was reported as saying, “I want to make the most of my stay here to observe and experience Malaysian culture, from the lifestyle to the food and fashion”.
