Mutya Pilipinas President Cory Quirino held a victory party for the newly crowned Miss Tourism International 2019 Cyrille Payumo in Chef Jessie CWC Interiors where the stunning beauty was rewarded and appreciated for brining another crown home for her country.

At Mutya Pilipinas 2019 held on 18th August 2019, Cyrille Payumo was adjudged the first runner-up at the national contest. She brought the fifth Miss Tourism International crown, dominating the pageant with most wins. Cyrille defeated thirty-nine delegates from all over the world to win the coveted tourism crown. She will be busy with the promotion of tourism in all her official functions which will include a tour of key cities in South East Asia and more.

World Top Model Philippines 2019 April May Short and Miss Asia Pacific International Philippines 2019 Klyzza Castro were also present at the victory party which was also the send-off ceremony for April May Short who will be representing Philippines at the World Top Model 2019 in Monaco in December.

Klyzza Castro, official delegate of Philippines in Miss Asia Pacific International 2019 was also congratulated for her brilliant performance at the international contest where she made it to Top 25.
