Making history as the first representative from Brazil to win the title of Miss Tourism International, Carol Vinharski was crowned Miss Tourism International 2020/21 virtually on 17th January 2021. Carol succeeded Miss Tourism International 2019 Cyrille Payumo from the Philippines for the title.  

Hailing from the city of Paraná, Carol is 22-years-old and is a publicity and advertising student, model, and digital influencer impressed everyone with her stunning performance on-stage. After winning the crown, Carol stated, “I feel fulfilled, extremely happy and motivated to honour this title by promoting Tourism around the world.”  The diva has more than 100 thousand followers on the short video social network 'tiktok'.

Carol was prepared by beauty pageant scholar and missions consultant Paulo Filho and recorded her content in famous parts of the country, as they visited five states and did not measure efforts to promote national tourism. She explained, “I love to travel and having the opportunity to do that by promoting the beauty of my country was just incredible. Brazil is a wonderful country, destination of millions of tourists every year.” The diva is strong, confident, and determined towards her goals in life.

As Miss Tourism International 2020/21, Carol aspires to promote tourism around the world, to show people the true beauty of her country, South America, and all the continents she has had the opportunity to visit. Carol’s presentation video at Miss Tourism International 2020 was appreciated by everyone at the competition because even after facing some troubles due to the pandemic while recording it, she managed to present a video that mesmerized everyone and captured the true essence of Brazil. The presentation video was recorded in English and closed in Malay (local Malaysian language).

The diva had previously mentioned "Being Miss Brasil Turismo is more than a dream, it is the opportunity to represent my country and promote the beautiful destinations we have in Brazil. I love to travel and it is being incredible.” Paulo Filho also stated that Carol is a determined woman who knows what she wants and gone to great lengths to represent the country of Brazil. Her confidence and dedication towards winning the title was showcased at the competition and that’s something that impressed everyone.
