Miss Tourism Philippines 2022 coronation night was held at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center Vigan Ilocos Sur on 30th December 2022 where the winners of Miss Tourism Queen Worldwide 2022, Miss Tourism Philippines World 2022 and Miss Tourism Philippines Universe 2022 were crowned.

Miss Tourism Philippines World 2022 – Diane Rose Jamolin representing Marinduque
Miss Tourism Philippines Universe 2022 – Sweetline Buaquina representing Tarlac Province
Also at the end of the event finale, Clare Arce of Ilocos Sur, Atacia Juliana Mejia of Rosario Batangas and Justine Mei Pelgone of San Mateo and Laura Sophia Fernan of Cardona Rizal were adjudged as the first, second, third and fourth runners-up respectively.
The organization also congratulated the winners as they took to their official social media and wrote, “Congratulations winners and candidates of Miss Tourism Philippines 2022. You all ladies really showcased your capability, talents and personality as an empowered woman of todays' generation. Let us continue being a tourism advocate for the better future ahead of us!”
A number of special awards were also presented at the finale; Clare Arce of Ilocos Sur was awarded Miss Charity, Atacia Juliana Mejia of Rosario Batangas was awarded Miss Photogenic, Justine Mei Pelgone of San Mateo was awarded Miss Congeniality, Abigail Figueras of Makati was awarded Best in Talent, Sweetline Buaquina of Tarlac Province was awarded Best in Swimsuit, Rachel Bayan won Best in the Evening Gown and Best in Tourism Video awards and Diane Rose Jamolin was awarded Best in National Costume title.
The panel of jury included Hon. Governor Jeremias "Jerry" Singson of the Province of Ilocos Sur, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Member Hon. Jimboy Singson, Municipal Vice Mayor of Caoayan Ilocos Sur Hon. Paolo Ancheta, Vigan Councilor Hon. Evaristo "Bobit" Singson, Ms. Yam Disena, Mr. and Ms. Boying Singson, Mr. Robert Thurlings and Madam Grace Thurlings- Sickman.
