The virtual finale of Miss Tourism International 2021/22 was held tonight i.e. 19th December 2021 where Jessy Silana Wongsodiharjo of Indonesia was crowned the new queen. The finale was broadcasted live on the official social media of the organization at 10:30 PM (MYT).

Along with the title crown, Finland’s Lily Anni Sofia Korpela of Finland was awarded Miss Tourism Queen of the Year International. Hailing from Tampere, 18 years-old Lily took to her social media to share her win as she wrote, “I can’t describe with words how grateful I am to be the new Miss Tourism Queen of The Year International 2021/22. I want to thank everyone who has supported me during this project and made this possible.”

Working with the Fashion model agency, Lily was also a delegate at the Miss Supranational Finland 2021 competition. As she finished in the national pageant, the diva took the opportunity to share, “I participated in my first beauty contest, Miss Supranational Finland. I started the race a little later than the others because one of the competitors had to stop on a pretty fast schedule. It didn’t take long to think about whether I would take up the challenge and go along as the youngest to continue the bunch. At the same time I had taken my place, I underwent a fairly large surgery. I had to start building the whole thing again, and train a tougher self for the race. By the time I recovered, I was already doing the race work, and I got along well with the race!” Lily also won the audience favourite award at the competition.

Also, at the finale Araceli Dominguez of Paraguay was awarded Dreamgirls of the Year crown while Keinth Jesen Petrasanta of Philippines was awarded Miss Southeast Asia Tourism Ambassador title. How Zo Ee of Malaysia was awarded Miss Tourism Cosmopolitan International award while Toluwalope Olarewaju of Nigeria got the Miss Tourism Global title. Miss Tourism Metropolitan title was won by Hoang Thi Huong Ly of Vietnam.
