Miss Tourism World 2014 pageant has kick started in Venezuela with an amazing theme “The World Meets in Venezuela” which is aimed at promoting the beauty of the contestants and the respective countries they represent. The Miss Tourism World pageant was started in the year 2000 in Nottingham, Great Britain.
Miss Tourism World 2014 pageant is packed with adventure and fun, coupled with learning sessions for the beauties. The contestants not only learn about the culture and traditions of the host country but also about the other participating countries. This year the pageant saw about fifty (50) contestants competing for the coveted crown of Miss Tourism World 2014.
The pageant this year included various events and activities that gave the platform to the gorgeous ladies to showcase their talent and promote tourism of their beautiful home countries. The various events were Government Presentation, Fundraising, Banquet, Dinner Party and many more. The girls also got the chance to interact with the local children of Venezuela and distribute Christmas gifts to them. The contestants were shown local crafts, traditions and dances by the localities of Venezuela.
Miss Tourism World 2014 finale is scheduled to be held on December 10’ 2014 at Lidotel Hotel Boutique in Barquisimeto, Venezuela.
