Miss Tunisia organization held the finale of the 2022 edition on 19th February 2022 which was livestreamed on the Miss Tunisia YouTube channel where Nesrine Haffar was crowned Miss Tunisie 2021/2022.

Nesrine Haffar is 22 years of age and hails from Beni Khiar in Cap Bon. Nesrine is a fifth-year medical student at the Faculty of Medicine in Tunis. She is active in the health field, specifically raising awareness of early detection of all diseases, especially breast cancer and diabetes. She also contributed to the core of the associative work to raise awareness of the importance of vaccination against coronavirus.

Also at the finale, Amal Makni was crowned Miss Eco International 2022 while Sellimi Rahma was crowned Miss World Tunisia 2022. Also, Mona Ammar was crowned as Miss International Tunisia 2022 while Iman Mahrzi was crowned Miss Earth Tunisia 2022.
