With Miss Universe 2022 Rbonney Gabriel’s reign coming to an end, USA is all set to create a back-to-back win at Miss Universe 2023 under Noelia Voigt’s delegation. At Miss Universe, there has been only one such time that a back-to-back win was created by Venezuela.

Noelia Voigt was crowned Miss USA 2023 on 29th September 2023 at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino in Reno, Nevada as she became the official representative of USA at Miss Universe 2023. She started with historic wins as she made her mark as the first Venezuelan-American to win Miss USA.

The 23-year-old interior designer hails from Utah. Being Miss Universe USA 2023, Noelia wants to educate young people about early detection and prevention. She is a childhood cancer survivor as she was diagnosed with skin cancer at the age of 15.

Voigt spent years preparing for Miss USA and was adjudged first-runner up in her state’s pageant three times before she won the crown. Her dedication and sincerity is definitely working in her favor at Miss Universe 2023 competition as she is currently in El Salvador preparing for the finale night.

Being a woman of substance, Noelia is an ardent advocate for immigration rights and reform. She also hopes to continue her anti-bullying advocacy and raising awareness about teen dating violence. Her strong advocacy, stunning beauty and charming personality makes Noelia a very strong contender for Miss Universe 2023 crown and she could very well be creating a back-to-back win for USA at Miss Universe platform.
