After the much awaited Miss Universe pageant has finally begun, here’s an important ‘save-the-date’ event for pre-pageant activities. The sixty-fourth Miss Universe Pageant’s ‘National Gift Auction’ is scheduled to be held on December 10’ 2015 at Opportunity Village, Oakey Blvd in Las Vegas from 5:00 Pm - 9:00 pm.

Once again this year, the Miss Universe Organisation is super excited to host the National Gift Auction Benefiting Best Buddies at Opportunity Village. This is the Las Vegas’ favorite charity event.

Opportunity Village is a non profit organization serving children and adults in the southern Nevada community with intellectual disabilities, to enhance their lives and the lives of the families who love them.

Moreover, Opportunity Village is dedicated to helping people become the very best they can be. Through vocational training, community employment, day services, advocacy, arts and social recreation, citizens with severe disabilities are able to find new friends, realize future career paths, seek independence and community integration and unleash creative passions.

At the event, the contestants bring a gift from their respective countries that will be donated via a silent auction to Opportunity Village. There will also be a special meet-and-greet with the candidates.
