Miss Universe 2015 Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach is in her native country, and the beauty queen is enjoying her stay to the fullest. This is her second visit to Philippines after her crowning. The lady made a surprise visit to her country, which left her countrymen astonished with joy. Pia is in Philippines to attend the finale of Binibining Pilipinas 2016 and crown her successor on April 17’ 2016.
Post her arrival, the beauty queen visited the kids at Smile Train Philippines and revealed that she has been assisting the Smile Train Organisation in various missions for the underprivileged children. Pia took to her Instagram account to express her joy after visiting the Smile Train Philippines and wrote, “Met some girls from @smiletrain Philippines. Happy to see them confidently smiling.”
“Smile Train is an international children’s charity that helps with cleft lip and palate repair surgery. They’re known all over the world, not just the Philippines.”, said Pia while talking to the media.
Before leaving for Philippines, Pia Wurtzbach posted on her official Facebook handle saying, “Flying to somewhere warm today. Let the guessing game begin again.” Wurtzbach also formerly expressed, “Can’t wait to be back home soon and wear a Filipiniana again. Won’t be so long, I hope.” And hours after the beauty queen landed in her country, the internet was flooded with pictures of Pia in Philippines.
