So August has probably been my craziest month since been crowned Miss SA. Having traveled six provinces, speaking at events just about every second day, fittings, outfit changes, trying my best to eat healthy (but all these Woman's Month High teas are just too good??) the list goes on. I am no super human, so of course I do get tired and at times emotional. My best way to get back on my feet is to eat really healthy and nutritious food, drink at least 4L of water per day, put my exercise on hold for two or three days and sleep as much as I possibly can. I'm back on my feet and ready to make the best of another wonderful week ?? What are your tips to get back on track after a busy week? Comment below ??.
