Apart from the breathtaking finale of Miss Universe 2018 and Catriona Gray glorious performance leading to her win, there was another thing that caught the eye of the audience and kept them captivated. We already know the inspiration behind Catriona’s gown that she won in the finale of Miss Universe 2018, the gown was named Mayon after the volcano located in Albay which turns out to be Catriona’s hometown.

Since Catriona is a household name in the Philippines now, due to the years of hard work that she has put in for the betterment of her community and to make her country proud, it only seemed fitting that the beautiful gowns that Catriona donned during her important moments be put on display for the people of Philippines to adore and admire. All the three gowns that Catriona wore during her important moments was put on display at SM City Pampanga from 28th to 30th December 2018.

The Sinag was the beautiful gown that Catriona wore during the finale night of Binibining Pilipinas 2018 and dazzled the stage. The Ibong Adarna, also known as the Blazing Siren whose enchanting voice can enable complete healing to anyone who hears it. The gown was shimmering orange in colour and she won many hearts that evening. Lats and not the least was the Mayon gown, which was crimson red in colour and had a high slit that shows off Catriona’s legs and added to the sexiness.

The designer of the gown, Mak Tumang was present for the exhibition which he created himself, to showcase the gowns to the mall-goers and the public. He also reportedly said that since the Miss Universe finale, held recently, he has been getting a lot of offers from other Miss Universe franchises for collaboration. Make is a native of Mexico and he has been working with Catriona ever since she joined the Miss World pageant in 2016. It is safe to say that along with Catriona, Mak’s dreams have also come true due to the former’s win in Miss Universe 2018.
