With the end of the decade, Catriona Gray’s reign has also ended on a successful note. Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray passed her crown to the new queen Zozibini Tunzi of South Africa at the finale of Miss Universe 2019 held in Atlanta on 8th December 2019.

The dazzling diva had a successful reign and now she is all set for the next chapter of her life. In a recent interview at “Tonight With Boy Abunda”, the diva talked about her reign and shared about her feelings after it all has come to an end. The diva also talked about Gazini Ganados who represented Philippines in this year’s Miss Universe pageant, but she was not placed, which was an astonishing fact for the diva. Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray believes that Gazini did really well in the recent pageant, which was indeed a fact.

Speaking on TWBA, Gray said she would have wanted to be part of the panel interview with the judges so she would know what they thought about her. She further said, "I would have loved to be a fly on the wall within the seated interview, with the closed-door interview, because I feel that's when the judges get their first, it's their first impression of the girl, the first impression of their personality," she said, adding that unfortunately, she was not allowed to join the interview.

Gray also said she believes Ganados' performance was really strong throughout the competition. "From there, and the preliminary competition, which I think Gazini did really, really well. She was sultry, and her performance was really strong, I felt," she added.

The diva also expressed her feelings on Miss Universe Organization’s decision not to renew the franchise of BB Filipinas. The diva said that she always thought it was just hearsay but it came out to be true and it shook her as it really is an end of the era. Catriona felt supported and also it was a place for her where she well expressed herself. The diva also expressed her gratitude towards the organization which helped her grow and the way they protected the brand and build themselves up, the way it lifted pageantry to a higher level and how it is truly an end of an era.

Not just the interview, Catriona Gray came up with a new idea by continuing to build her own brand after passing on the Miss Universe crown. The Filipino-Australian beauty queen took to Instagram to announce that she now has her own website. “[My website] www.catrionagray.ph is now live,” she said.

As of writing, the website displays Gray’s portfolio of magazine covers, TV commercials, and media interviews, as well as clips of her as a Miss Universe 2018 titleholder. In the profile page, she was described as “a singer, titleholder, and charitable spokesperson from the Philippines.” The website also reflected Gray’s contract with Cornerstone Entertainment, which was first revealed early this month. It was truly an era which came to an end with diva’s successful reign and well-known name which she made it for herself. Catriona has really been everyone’s favourite and she will always be. Congratulations diva for a successful and remarkable reign!
