Miss Universe 2019 Zozibini Tunzi hosted Miss Universe Lebanon 2015 Cynthia Samuel for a quick live session on 17th August where the two strong and powerful women discussed about the current situation in Beirut, Lebanon and how one can reach out to help the people in the country.

Zozibini started the live by asking Cynthia on how is she doing with all the chaos in the country to which she Cynthia replied that she is doing okay and thanked Zozi for hosting the live session. Zozi asked Cynthia to explain the people watching live session on what is happening in the Lebanon to which Cynthia added that the year 2019 and 2020 has been a drastic year for the people of Lebanon as they were protesting for their rights and had a little rift with the government but the result was not satisfactory. A little later into the time, the economy of Lebanon collapsed and then the explosion which is now known as one of the top three nuclear explosions in the world happened a couple of weeks ago. Cynthia stated that in 2020 no one would have ever expected the explosion to be this massive as the massive and more disastrous explosions had passed in the 1940s and especially in the country which is a size of a peanut on the map of the world is a shock.

The diva who represented Lebanon at Miss Universe 2015 stage mentioned that she feels very lucky to be alive but can’t imagine the pain of the people who have lost their loved ones and their homes due to the explosions. Zozi consoled Cynthia and stated that the entire world is breathing what the people of Lebanon are breathing right now but they can’t imagine the pain and loss one might feel where they have to deal with the pandemic with the rest of the world and on other hand they have to deal with a nuclear explosion. Zozibini mentioned that the reason she wanted to host Cynthia on the live was because she wanted the people to know what exactly is happening in the country and how can one help the people of Lebanon.
