Miss Universe Singapore 2020 Bernadette Belle hosts Miss Universe Cambodia 2020 Sarita Reth for a live session

Miss Universe Singapore 2020 Bernadette Belle recently hosted Miss Universe Cambodia 2020 Sarita Reth for a live session where the two divas not only spoke about their personal experiences but also mentioned that she is willing to connect with other Miss Universe queens as well as they have some time left before the pageant starts in order to know each other a little better and from first hand basis.

The divas started off with greeting each other with big smiles on and talked about solo traveling and why is it important for people to travel. Bernadette complimented Sarita about her makeup being on-point all the time. She stated, “I was looking at your glam photos and I kept wondering, how does this woman do it?” and Sarita complimented Bernadette for her makeup as well.

Sarita mentioned that she put up a poll on her story for the fans to ask questions in order to know both and then she asked Bernadette why did she decide to join pageantry, to which the diva answered, “I had already been involved in pageantry when I was in University but it is very different from the platform where we are right now. And the last pageant I was a part of was Miss Universe Singapore 2019. There were a lot of people who motivated and encouraged me to join the pageant as I didn’t plan on doing.” The diva  

Sarita also mentioned that she went to the Philippines for training before she joined Miss Universe Cambodia 2020 and her training included question and answers, walk and some intense preparations. The diva went onto share that she has always aspired to be on-stage because she felt that the women who represented their respective countries are confident and powerful. In 2017, when Demi-Leigh was crowned as Miss Universe, Sarita explained that she really wanted to be a part of that stage and thus, she started to prepare herself. Along with her desire, she also wanted to show the world the Cambodia can also be a strong regardless of how new the country is at the beauty pageant. Sarita is the fourth representative of the country at the Miss Universe stage.

 

 

The Cambodian queen also mentioned that the fan base at Cambodia is so supportive and strong and she feels that they have been such a blessing for her as they motivate her to keep doing good. Bernadette stated that Sarita is setting a bar high for the successor and the queens representing Asian countries at the Miss Universe 2020 stage.

The divas spoke about the struggles and experiences till now in their further conversation asking the fans to embrace their selves and be proud of what you are. The two also spoke about the effects of social media and how they are using it for their advocacy. You can watch the live here:

The 69th edition of Miss Universe, i.e., Miss Universe 2020 is rumored to take place in the first trimester of 2021 (April or May). Miss Universe 2019 Zozibini Tunzi from South Africa will crown her successor at the end of the finale. The coronation ceremony was postponed due to the pandemic outbreak across the world.
