Miss Belgium organisation appointed Liesbeth Claus as Miss Universe Belgium 2017 on 18th October 2017. She will now represent Belgium in Miss Universe 2017 pageant scheduled to be held on 26th November 2017 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was declared as the third runner-up in Miss Belgium 2017 (also known as België 2017) which was held earlier in January 2017. She succeeds Miss Universe Belgium 2016 Stephanie Geldhof.
Liesbeth is 20 years of age and stands tall at an astounding height of 176 cm. She hails from Assenede and recently completed her graduation in Business Studies. She is an outgoing person and likes adventure sports. Liesbeth is not just a pretty face but also likes to read books and that can be seen with the way she talks. Her fashion sense is truly a sight to behold.
After getting this victory, Liesbeth expressed her happiness by saying thanks to her friends and family, “I'm proud to tell you guys that I'm going to represent Belgium at one of the most prestigious pageant, Miss Universe, I promise to make my people proud and will give my best”.
