Bolivia’s Lenka Nemer to wear ‘La Fuerza De Los Andes’ national costume at Miss Universe 2020

Miss Universe Bolivia 2020 Lenka Nemer is all set to represent her country at the 69th edition of Miss Universe which is scheduled to be held on 16th May 2021 in Florida, USA. The National Costume competition is a huge part of Miss Universe competition and this year it will be held on 13th May 2021 where the delegates will wear their traditional attires reflecting the culture of their countries.

Lenka’s national costume is titled ‘La fuerza de los Andes’ which is designed and manufactured by Jhesmani Fernandez. The waca lechera is a heavy dance typical of our country that takes around 40 colorful and woven skirts embroidered in an artisan way.

 

 

The stunning Bolivian beauty shared about her costume on her social media as she wrote, “Wearing a blouse inspired by the illimani guardian of the wonder city with more than 10 000 small beads and sequins embroidered entirely by hand, on my sleeve and chest terminations it has fire terminations because it represents human warmth towards everyone the struggle of us.”

“The hat is embroidered Swarovski canes and gold Threads With the representative shapes of the dance, a bull, but as a symbol of respect and Our map of Bolivia adorned with stones and colored wool. That also has brightly colored feathers which represents respect for our birds in our región and Indigenous fabric worked for many months in the town of Huari”, she added.

Miss Universe 2020, the 69th edition of Miss Universe, is all set to be held on 16th May 2021 in Florida, USA where Zozibini Tunzi Miss Universe 2019 will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
