Ashellica Fahie crowned Miss Universe British Virgin Islands 2023

Ashellica Fahie was crowned Miss Universe British Virgin Islands 2023 at the finale of the national pageant held on 20th August 2023 at the Eileene L. Parsons Auditorium of H. Lavity Stoutt Community College. Fahie will represent BVI at Miss Universe 2023.

Ashellica Fahie is 28 years of age and a legal manager, a business owner hailing from Lambert Estate, British Virgin Islands. In 2013, Fahie graduated from H. Lavity Stoutt Community College in Paraquita Bay, Tortola with a bachelor’s degree in general studies with a concentration in humanities.

In 2018, Fahie attended the University of the West Indies at Cave Hill in Cave Hill, Barbados where she earned her law degree and later, she attended BPP Law School in London, England where she earned her master’s degree in law.

Not new to the pageantry, Fahie won Miss BVI Teen 2011. In 2011, she represented the British Virgin Islands at the Haynes Smith Miss Caribbean Talented Teen Pageant and was adjudged second runner-up.

Fahie will now prepare to represent British Virgin Islands at Miss Universe 2023, the 72nd edition of Miss Universe, to be held in El Salvador on 18th November 2023 where Miss Universe 2022 R'Bonney Gabriel of USA will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
