Scarlett Megan Liew Zi Ling to fame in 2018 as she participated in Miss Grand Malaysia 2018 held on 12th May 2018 where she was adjudged the second runner-up at the end of the event finale. She was then appointed Miss Intercontinental Malaysia 2018 as represented her country at Miss Intercontinental 2018.

At 25 years of age, Scarlett hails from Kota Marudu and works as a site safety supervisor with a construction company by profession. In a male-dominated job, Scarlett’s independent qualities and exceptional mental strength make her unbothered and focus on everything she wants to achieve in her life. A very passionate woman, Scarlett has always given proper attention to her charity work and wishes to promote her state at a global level.

A huge fan of a healthy regimen, she runs regularly and often goes to the gym. She can also speak a total of five languages fluently, namely English, Malay, Mandarin, Tagalog and Visaya languages, deeming her multilingual. Her credibility does not end here as the 173 cm tall diva considers singing to be her special talent.

At Miss Intercontinental 2018, Scarlett represented her country with absolute sincerity and dedication and placed in the Top 20 at the end of the event finale. She definitely glorified her home state of Sabah as the land of charming people. Scarlett wishes to remain focus in what I want to accomplish, adapt and overcome in life.

Her advocacy is to fight, to eradicate cyber bullying because cyber bullying targets people of all ages, race and even religion. It is an unhealthy practice and also one of the main contributors to depression and suicide. Scarlett sure is an all-rounder who can represent her country with dedication, confidence and sincerity at a platform such as Miss Universe.
