As all the organizations are gearing up for the 2022 edition of the national pageants and the search for the delegates for Miss Universe 2022 has already begun, many names have been emerging in wishlists as potential candidates.

Ratana Sokhavatey, is one of the names emerging as a potential delegate this year for the title of Miss Universe Cambodia 2022 as she is rumoured to be preparing for her journey towards the crown. The diva is making into wishlists as a strong choice to represent the country at the international platform.

Ratana speaks fluent English and Khmer and is a first year student of Economic Development. Even though she will be stepping into the pageant industry as a debutant, she was previously a finalist in the Season 1 of the Cambodia Queen of the Catwalk competition. The diva is also a part of the Karate National Team of Cambodia and owns her own skincare brand called ‘TessyBeauteez’ based in Phnom Penh.

Earlier this year, Miss Universe Cambodia 2021 Ngin Marady represented the country at the international platform. Despite of a strong delegation and a highly appreciated performance throughout the journey, Ngin was unable to qualify as a semifinalist and finished unplaced.

19 year old Ratana stands 168cm tall and is a freelance model. Recently the diva was spotted at the Queen Victoria springs fashion week where she caught the eyes with her fierce walk and presentation on the ramp looking all prepared for stepping into the incredible pageant journey. She can definitely be a potential contender for the national title and a strong representative of the country at the international platform.
