Angèle Kossinda appointed Miss Universe Cameroon 2020

The organization of Miss Universe Cameroon announced Angèle Kossinda as the first and official Miss Universe Cameroon 2020 and she will represent the country at the 69th edition of Miss Universe i.e., Miss Universe 2020 scheduled to take place on 16th May 2021 in Hollywood, Florida, USA at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.

Hailing from Far North region of Cameroon, Angele is 28-years-old and stands 175 cm tall. She has earned her bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance and master’s degree in Finance Management and aspires to win the title for her country and make the people of her country proud. She is excited to take over the crown duties and has started to make plans on how she is going to prepare herself for finale.

 

 

The diva is not new to the world of beauty pageant as she has previously competed in Miss Earth 2017 where she was placed at Top 16 at the end of the event finale, later represented the country at Miss International 2019 and Miss Supranational 2019 where she was highly appreciated for her performance. She is someone who incarnates, commitment and intelligence that reflects the diversity of Cameroon and moreover, she is quite active and sensitive to her environment. She was the national director of Miss Earth Cameroon and believed that if her experience and skills could help someone make the country proud, she would like to be that influence.

Angele is hardworking, dedicated, and determined towards her goals and strongly believes that hard work and honest efforts don’t go in vain but rather help one to be stronger and confident. She mentioned, “Beauty queens are not just meant for entertainment- showcasing our beauty and body on stage, But to Mostly INSPIRE, and IMPACT LIVES POSITIVELY.” She is an optimistic and free-spirited diva who is all enthusiastic for Miss Universe 2020.

 

 

With her experience, knowledge, and focus towards winning the title, Angele can be one of the strongest contenders for the title. She takes immense honour in being the first ever Miss Universe Cameroon and believes that she will be able to perform her best on-stage and make the people back home proud and happy. She likes to be an independent African woman, who is strong and firm.
