Miss Universe Ecuador 2022 Nayelhi González is all set to wear the creation of Carlos Aguilar, the award-winning designer who has won the Best in Typical Costume, at the national costume competition to be held in the next two weeks at Miss Universe 2022.
The costume is titled ‘Kaypimi Kanchik (aquí estamos) El Padre Sol con la madre tierra Inti Raymi’. The celebration of Inty Raymi stands out through the costume. The crown worked in high relief, the golden color symbolizes gold and the sun. In one of the double layers, the costume appreciates the figures and symbols of the Kichwa culture and its festival in high relief in contrasting tones.

Miss Universe 2022, the 71st Miss Universe pageant, will be held at the New Orleans Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, United States on 14th January 2023. Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu of India will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
