The grand coronation of Miss Universe Ghana 2018 will be held on 20th September 2018 where 12 beautiful and elegant contestants will be competing for the national title. The newly crowned queen will then go on to represent Ghana at Miss Universe 2018 to be held on 17th December 2018 in Bangkok, Thailand where Miss Universe 2017 Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters will crown the new Miss Universe.

Miss Universe Ghana 2018 will succeed Miss Universe Ghana 2017 Ruth Quashie who was placed in the top 16 when she represented Ghana at Miss Universe 2017.
