Miss Queen Korea 2018 hosted its grand finale on 22nd August 2018 at the Sheraton Grande Walkerhill Theater, Gwangjin in Seoul where Baek Ji-Hyun was crowned Miss Universe Korea 2018. Miss Universe Korea 2017 Sewhee Cho crowned her successor at the end of the event finale.

Also at the finale, Ah Cho was crowned Miss World Korea 2018 and Lee Eun-bi was crowned Miss Supranational Korea 2018. Ah Cho will represent Korea at Miss World 2018 whereas Lee Eun-bi will represent Korea at Miss Supranational 2018.
