Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee has added another feather to her accomplished cap as she has been announced as the new ambassador for tourism for Philippines. The announcement was made after she paid a visit to the Malacanang Palace last week.

Michelle Dee received this honor in lieu of her strong Top 10 placement at Miss Universe 2023 held on 18th November 2023 in El Salvador which saw the historic win of Nicaragua’s Sheynnis Palacios as the new Miss Universe.

Miss Universe Philippines organization recognized the honor as they took to their official social media and wrote, “Today, Miss Universe 2023 Top 10 Finalist Michelle Marquez Dee met with Department of Tourism (DOT) Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco in which she expressed the department’s gratitude for her support for Philippine Tourism. Sec. Frasco also extended the invitation for Michelle to continue to be an Ambassador for Tourism for our country. Wow, yet another honor for the multi-awarded MMD. Congratulations!”

Miss Universe Philippines will be hosting a homecoming parade for Michelle on 10th December 2023 at SM MOA Complex where there will be special guests and fun activities organized for everyone to enjoy and cheer for Michelle for all her accomplishments.
