Miss Universe Philippines organization has announced the Top 40 delegates who will be competing for the fourth edition of Miss Universe Philippines. The finale date and time is yet to be announced for the pageant where Celeste Cortesi Miss Universe Philippines 2022 will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.  

In a series of features, lets introduce the Top 40 delegates of Miss Universe Philippines 2023. Kali Navea-Huff, representing Pasig, has made it as one of the official delegates of the national competition.

Kali Navea-Huff is a law student, host and mentor. From beauty queen mentor to beauty queen herself, Kali aims to amplify her cause against Gender-Based Violence. She is an excellent orator with a very strong personality, qualities that are making of a transformational leader.

With National Women’s Month in her country, Kali wishes to use her voice to encourage a movement of Women and Everyone against Gender-Based Violence #WEagainstGBV. “The theme for this year’s celebration is a reminder that it’s not just women, but everyone, that has a role to play in achieving gender equality and an inclusive society. The first step towards inclusion is awareness. And we can start by talking about, and understanding, our own SOGIE and how that plays a part in our identity - how important it is to us, how it shapes our outlook on the world, and why it deserves to be celebrated!”, she quotes.

The Miss Universe Philippines 2023 winner will succeed Celeste Cortesi Miss Universe Philippines 2022, who represented the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2022 in January. The winner of the upcoming pageant will compete at the 72nd Miss Universe which will take place in El Salvador in late 2023.
