Miss Universe Philippines organization has announced the Top 40 delegates who will be competing for the fourth edition of Miss Universe Philippines. The finale date and time is yet to be announced for the pageant where Celeste Cortesi Miss Universe Philippines 2022 will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.  

In a series of features, lets introduce the Top 40 delegates of Miss Universe Philippines 2023. Shayne Maquiran, representing Roxas City, Capiz, has made it as one of the official delegates of the national competition.

On making it as one of the official delegates of Miss Universe Philippines 2023, Shayne wrote, “My immense gratitude goes to everyone who walked with me from my humble preparations, the application process, up to the final screening, and now that I made it to the esteemed top 40. My heart is brimming with thanks, however, my words could not encapsulate them. I am both humbled and honored that you are with me in all of these.”

Shayne studied at West Visayas State University and went to Colegio de la Purisima Concepcion. She is former Admissions Officer at WonderWorks Orlando and works as a F&B supervisor at The Kahler Grand Hotel.

A multi-talented beauty, Shayne is a singer, dancer, artist, and instrumentalist. She brings a delicate air to the competition and has impressed everyone with her charming beauty and an amiable personality.

The Miss Universe Philippines 2023 winner will succeed Celeste Cortesi Miss Universe Philippines 2022, who represented the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2022 in January. The winner of the upcoming pageant will compete at the 72nd Miss Universe which will take place in El Salvador in late 2023.
