Patricia Bianca Tapia, through her official social media, announced that she will be representing Hawai’i at Miss Universe Philippines 2024. Through her participation, being a first time Filipino-American, Bianca wants to expand on the importance of diversity and inclusion of Filipino community across the world.

Embodying the essence of the aloha spirit, Patricia will advocate for inclusive education. She previously competed at the Miss Filipina International 2023 and placed 2nd runner-up and also competed at Miss Philippines USA 2021 and was placed second. Tapia will definitely be a strong competitor at the national competition with her strong advocacy and a charming personality.

On winning the chance to represent her community at the national pageant, Particia took to her official social media as she wrote, “Aloha my friends and family. I'm thrilled to share some incredible news with all of you! Your unwavering support throughout my pageant career has meant the world to me.”

“I am honored to announce that I will be representing Hawai’i in the Miss Universe Philippines pageant in this year's competition. Your continued support means everything to me as I embark on this exciting journey”, she added.

Miss Universe Philippines 2024, the fifth edition of Miss Universe Philippines, will be held later this year where Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee of Makati will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
