Miss Miss World Portugal 2017 Filipa Barroso was appointed Miss Universe Portugal 2018 at the coronation night of the Miss Portuguesa 2018 (Miss Portugal 2018) held on 28th July 2018.
The 22-year-old, Filipa succeeds Miss Universe Portugal 2017 Matilde Lima, and will now represent Portugal at Miss Universe 2018 to be held later this year. Filipa hails from Setúbal, and stands tall at 174 cm. Her measurements are 83-64-94 (In cms).
Filipa was also crowned Miss World Portugal 2017 and passed on her crown to her successor Miss World Portugal 2018 Carla Rodrigues De Flaviis at the Miss Portuguesa 2018 gala where she received her own Miss Universe Portugal 2018 title. Unfortunately, Filipa could not place at the Miss World 2017 pageant.
The primary title of Miss Portueguesa 2018 was bagged by Carla Rodrigues De Flaviis. Carina Neto was crowned Miss International Portugal 2018, Alina Mulyavka was crowned Miss Supranational Portugal 2018 while Ana Rita Aguiar, and Vânia Correia were adjudged the first and second runners-up.
Besides the above titles, and Miss Universe Portugal 2018, Priscila Alves was appointed Miss Grand Portugal 2018.
