The 65th edition of Miss Universe Puerto Rico i.e., Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2020, will be held in the month of June 2020 where delegates from all over the country will compete for the national title and the chance to represent the country at Miss Universe 2020. Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2019 Madison Anderson of Toa Baja will crow her successor at the end of the event finale.
While the pageant is yet to begin, the pageant fanatics have begun to prepare their wish lists for the beautiful potential contestants who should give this year’s edition a go. One name which has made it to almost all the wish lists is Marangelí Meléndez, one of the pre-candidates for Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2020 crown. The stunning beauty has already received a ‘call back’ to participate in the auditions for this year’s edition.
Marangeli is a filmmaker, photographer and a professional model. The diva strongly believes that she has the potential and abilities to represent Puerto Rico at Miss Universe 2020 stage. Marangeli has worked with few designers to gain some experience in the field of pageantry but Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2020 is her first ever international stint.
The diva love to travel and explore different culture and traditions as it gives her a different perspective towards life. She is more like a beach girl and likes to spend her time on the beach with her friends and family. Being a photographer, she likes to capture the beautiful memories of her loved ones together to remind herself that how much being kind and loves is important.
Marangeli is excited to be a part of Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2020 as she gets to meet other gorgeous delegates of her country with a different mindset. She is open to changes in her life and it is one of the things she is mostly looking forward to during the pageant. She is very close to her family and friends and has thanked each of them who’ve helped her stayed positive and motivated throughout her journey.
The diva is all about women empowerment and would like to use the platform to talk about the same. She believes that women should value, respect and love themselves before they do that for anybody else. They should not let anything or anyone overshadow them in any way. Being self-sufficient is what she believes in and would urge the other women to accept that too.
The delegates for the Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2020 haven’t been finalized yet but if Marangelí Meléndez gets selected then, her confidence and determination to win the title will surely help her emerge as winner. She has started to prepare for any future competitions and is hoping to be selected for the pageant. She can be a tough contender for the title and would be a proud representative of Puerto Rico at Miss Universe 2020.
