Miss Universe Thailand 2023, the 22nd edition of the national pageant, will be held in a few months where delegates from all over the country will compete for the national crown and the winner will represent Thailand at Miss Universe 2023. Miss Universe Thailand 2022 Anna Sueangam-iam will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
While the organization is yet to select the finalists for the 2023 batch, the viewers have started to prepare their own wishlists of the delegates they want to see competing for the crown. Joining the wishlists, three of the former spectacular Miss Universe Thailand 1st runners-up are rumored to be joining this year’s Miss Universe Thailand 2023 competition.

Supaporn is not new to the pageantry as she won Miss Chiangmai 2017 and became a part of Miss Universe Thailand 2017. With her beauty and excellence, Supaporn placed as the first runner-up at the national pageant. A beauty with brains, Supaporn’s slender frame, beauty, confidence and grace will make her the perfect candidate for the crown.
Tharina Botes – 1st RU Miss Universe Thailand 2021
The South African-Thai beauty stands 160 cm tall and has been outshining as a strong beauty queen in the industry. Tharina Botes holds a bachelor’s in commerce degree in Economics. Tharina also has a long list of accomplishments when it comes to pageantry; Tharina, in 2019, was crowned Miss Grand Phuket 2019 and represented Phuket at Miss Grand Thailand 2019 where she placed in the Top 10. She is strong, confident, stunning and has a powerful aura around her and is definitely an ideal choice for the stage of Miss Universe.
Vena Praveenar Singh – 1st RU Miss Universe Thailand 2020
Standing 178 cm tall, Veena is a graduate in Liberal Arts from Thammasat University. From Chiang Mai, she is a Thai citizen of Indian descent and is fluent in speaking three languages, i.e. English, Russian, and Thai. Being a polyglot she can reach out to more people and share her thoughts, feelings and most important her advocacies. She believes that beauty pageants aren’t just about beauty anymore as they provide a platform to women to showcase their talent, talk about their advocacies and become confident.
