The finale of Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 was held on 29th September 2023 at the Hoa Binh Theatre in Ho Chi Minh city where Bui Quynh Hoa was crowned as the new queen as she became the official representative of Vietnam at Miss Universe 2023.

Bui is 25 years of age and hails from Hanoi. She bested over 17 other delegates to win the national crown. A model and entrepreneur, Bui was a sight to behold at the national competition. Not new to the pageantry, Bui won Supermodel Vietnam 2018 and went on to be crowned Supermodel International 2022.

The newly crowned Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 Bui Quynh Hoa’s court included –

1st Runner-up – Nguyen Thi Huong Ly

2nd Runner-up – Trinh Thi Hong Dang

Top 6 finalists also included Emma Le, Lydie Vu, and Pham Thi Anh Thu while Top 10 also included H'Duyen Bkrong, Huynh Kim Anh, Mai Phuong Thao, and Nguyen Thi Le Nam.

2023 marked the first edition of Miss Universe Vietnam under the new license holder Quhnh Nga.

Bui will prepare now to compete at Miss Universe 2023. Miss Universe 2023, the 72nd edition of Miss Universe, will be held in El Salvador on 18th November 2023 where Miss Universe 2022 R'Bonney Gabriel of USA will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
