Miss Universe Vietnam 2018 H'Hen Nie bursts into tears on her grand homecoming in Ede

Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 H'Hen Nie cried happy tears on her grand arrival in her hometown, Cu M'gar, Dak Lake where hundreds of people along with her parents and relatives were waiting for her at the Buon Ma Thuot airport.

The media and people went frenzy on seeing her come out of the airport gates and poured her with and affection. Presenting her flowers, media could not get enough of her. A white convertible was ready for her to stand on and greet one and all. Not only this, there were girls wearing same traditional attires of Ede standing on sides of the street holding her Miss Vietnam 2017 crowning posters.

It was a sight to see the people of her hometown making her feel so special and happy. Seeing this H’Hen could not hold back and started shedding tears of joy and nostalgia.

 

 

After her queenly welcome at the airport, H’Hen continued getting love on the streets of her hometown as a bundle of people covered the street to catch a glimpse of the new crowned H’Hen Nie. It was a sight to see as the whole road was completely jam-packed with folks. She was spotted standing on a tractor on her way to the headquarters of Cu Su Commune People's Committee, Cu M'Gar district, Dak Lak province. She also changed into the traditional clothes of Ede to make everyone feel special and danced along with her.

 

 

A special welcome ceremony was organized for her that was attended by Mr Nguyen Tuan Ha, Vice Chairman of Dak Lak People's Committee and leaders of some departments. Here, Miss was awarded the merit of the People's Committee.

According to Vice Chairman of Dak Lak People's Committee, Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 H'Hen Nie is the pride of the province. Speaking after receiving the certificate of merit from the provincial People's Committee, H'Nen Nien said she was very honoured to receive this award. She promised to be involved in many charitable activities to help young girls in Ede have better study conditions and better career in the future.

H’Hen is expected to stay in her hometown for 2 days where she will rekindle with her parents and family. After that, she is expected to fly back to Ho Chi Minh City to continue her title duties.
