The 70th edition of Miss Virginia USA was held on 30th April 2023 at Merchant Hall, Hylton Performing Arts Center, Manassas, Virginia, United States where Ashley Williams was crowned the new queen as she became the official representative of Virginia at Miss USA 2023.

Ashley Williams is a native of Florida currently living in Reston. Ashley is a graduate of Florida International University with a degree in psychology and was a Miami Dolphins Cheerleader from 2018-2021. The newly crowned Miss Virginia USA 2023 Ashley Williams’ court included –

1st runner-up – Mary McGeorge

2nd runner-up – Justus Kelley

3rd runner-up – Elizabeth McReynolds

4th runner-up – Gracyn Blackmore

5th runner-up – Sarah Miranda

Top 17 also included Amber Neice, Lindsay Jones, Alexis Johnson, Melissa Terrazas, Katie Spake, Nola Tolsma, Macy Ware, Lizelle Saah, Erin Houston, Hope Campbell and Taylor Davis.

Also at the finale, Ashley Wang was crowned Miss Virginia Teen USA 2023 as she became the official representative of Virginia at Miss Teen USA 2023. Emma McReynolds, Julia Allen, Macie Retliff, Amarisee Coward and Grace Richmond were adjudged first, second, third, fourth and fifth runners-up respectively.
