Miss World 2000 Priyanka Chopra from India, who just turned 36, is now engaged to American singer Nick Jonas after mere two months of dating as per reports.
Priyanka, who was crowned Miss World at the finale of Miss World 2000 title held on 30th November 2000 in London, UK, went on to become a mega Bollywood star and also achieved fame internationally with her songs ‘In My City’, ‘Exotic’ and ‘I Can't Make You Love Me’, her lead role in American ‘Quantico’ TV series and her performance in Baywatch Movie also starring Dwayne Johnson.
With her engagement, she has now pulled out of her next big movie ‘Bharat’ opposite Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. The director of ‘Bharat’, Ali Abbas Zafar announced her exit from the movie tweeting “The reason is very special. She told us in the Nick of time about her decision and we are very happy for her.”
Nick Jonas, who is an American singer, songwriter, actor, and record producer, and is just 25 years of age, has been romantically linked to a number of celebrities including Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez and Olivia Culpo (Miss Universe 2012). Olivia was his longest and most serious girlfriend. Nick and Olivia began dating in 2013 and lasted through spring 2015.
