Miss World delicacies are in full swing as just a week is left for the crowning of new Miss World. Rolene Strauss will crown her successor on December 19’ 2015, and the organization after Julia Morley’s return at the pageant is now assessing every delegate with grave eyes. Visits to outdoors be another fine occasions to have a glimpse of the delegates’ congeniality. Yesterday, the “Beauties with a Purpose” visited the very exquisite Orchid Exhibition at Sanya, where the girls were seen sharing the grace with the ethereal flowers. Subsequently, the Miss World contestants were also treated with a lavish welcome as they visited Cultural Industry Fair at Sanya.
The Miss World contestants got the chance to discover more of Sanya’s rich culture and biodiversity as they visited the breathtaking Sanya Orchid Exhibition. Despite of a jam packed schedule, the contestants instantaneously screamed with joy as they saw the sight of hundreds of colorful orchid leis welcoming them upon their advent to the Orchid exhibition.
Miss Northern Ireland, could not control her exhilaration at seeing the startling and abundant garland of flowers waiting to greet her and expressing her joy, she narrated: “In China, orchids represent the inner and outer of beauty of women so I think it’s a perfect fit for us Miss World contestants to be here and celebrating this unique flower!”
As a special gift from local floral artisans, each Miss World contestant was presented with a handmade orchid crown, varying in colours and designs, for them to don on. Each tiara was motivated by the exquisiteness and femininity of the contestants. The concentration to details and savoire faire that went into each headpiece was so incredible that the contestants looked like supermodels as they graced the runway. The orchid exhibition seemed like an extravagant fashion show!
Miss Ethiopia was very happy to touch the special moment, to express her happiness, she added: “I feel like a princess. I don’t think I have ever felt this beautiful. I am definitely considering getting one of these crowns for my wedding one day!”
Miss Albania, was so ecstatic to wear the orchid tiara that she could not help to take countless selfies with her headpiece. She beamingly said: “There is something so special about these crowns. It’s like Miss World wants us to feel like we are all winners.”
Subsequently, the contestants were whisked off to instigate the aperture of the Sanya Cultural Industry Fair. The event was graced by extremely notable Sanya dignitaries who welcomed the Miss World contestants to the fair very cordially. The delegates received an extremely royal treatment. The fair was filled with myriad of stalls that showcased the many wonderful facets of Sanya, together with its impressive natural panorama and growing tourism infrastructure.
Miss United States was extremely happy to visit the fair and she expressed her joy as she opined: “Getting to learn more about the culture in Sanya is one of the greatest things to come out of my experience at Miss World. I would recommend any of my friends to visit and I am certainly coming back soon!”
