The clock is ticking and the time is slipping by as the finale of Miss World 2016 is approaching closer and closer. The gala coronation is slated to be held on 18th December 2016 and at the conclusion of the finale, one of the beauties will be crowned as Miss World 2016 by Mireia Lalaguna of Spain. The venue for the gala finale is at MGM National Harbor in Oxon Hill, Maryland, United States, Washington, D.C.

Amidst all the preparations and preliminary activities, the Miss World Organisation held a Charity auction gala for the candidates last night. Charity Auction is one of the most important segments of the Miss World pageant. Charity gala is the event wherein the contestants of Miss World auction their valuable items to raise funds and money for the Miss World Organisation and Beauty With a Purpose. The delegates bring the item in auction from their country and the items are exhibited in front of the guests during the charity gala.

The charity event was followed by a family dinner, which was a relief for the girls from the usual training and events. The contestants flaunted their finest outfits and looked regal as ever.
